Terms & Conditions:
1. This promotion is available to holders of China Southern Airlines boarding pass from now until 31 December 2026 (‘Promotion Period’), except for special events, designated time slots, or programmes requiring a separate admission charge as announced by Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd (Entopia) from time to time.

2. This promotion is applicable for WALK-IN purchase of Entopia admission tickets on all categories : Adult/Child/Senior citizen (Standard & MyKad Special), up to 4 tickets per transaction per day within a single transaction/receipt. Adult is defined as 13 – 59 years old, child is defined as 4 – 12 years old & senior citizen is defined as 60 years & above.

3. A valid China Southern Airlines boarding pass (physical or electronic copy) dated within 30 days from the boarding pass date must be presented along with proof of residence and/or age, for verification purpose upon purchase of tickets at the Entopia ticketing counter within the Promotion Period.

4. This promotion is NOT available online and at the ticketing kiosks.

5. This promotion is NOT applicable for admission to Entopia By Night.

6. Ticket holders are to scan the QR code(s) printed on their ticket(s) at the Entopia admission turnstile to enter.

7. Ticket holders must present their valid MyKad or other relevant documents upon entry to the park at the admission turnstile.

8. Proof of age will be required when redeeming entries for children and senior citizens.

9. Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject entries if visitors are not able to present their valid MyKad or other relevant documents; or attempt to enter the park using wrong tickets. Visitors will be requested to purchase the correct tickets or to top up the price differences should they wish to enter the park and no refund will be allowed.

10. Ticket(s) is/are intended for single redemption for admission to the park.

11. Ticket(s) purchased with this promotion is only valid for admission on the ticket purchase date.

12. Tickets are rain or shine. No refund will be given due to inclement weather.

13. All transactions are final. Ticket(s) are NOT for resale, NOT exchangeable for cash and NON-refundable either in whole or in part, for cash or for any other items.

14. This promotion cannot be used with other on-going promotions, discounts (family packages), school concession, group purchases, events or functions.

15. Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change it operating hours, due to inclement weather, special events, safety or security concerns.
